Pricing questions
How is a 'credit' different from a rupee?
One credit issues one ticket, whatever that ticket's price is — ₹200 or ₹20,000, it's still 1 credit. Buying credits ahead of time costs ₹25 each, versus ₹65 if you pay as you go, so credits are cheaper the more you sell.
Does the fee change with my ticket price?
No — that's the whole point. The fee is flat per ticket (₹65 pay-as-you-sell, or ₹25 on credits) regardless of what you charge. The more your ticket is worth, the smaller a slice our fee becomes.
What happens to free (₹0) tickets?
Free tickets stay completely free — up to 5,000 a year. We don't charge a fee on tickets that earn you nothing, so open mics, meetups and community gatherings cost you ₹0 to run.
Can I switch between pay-as-you-sell and credits?
Yes, any time. Most organizers start on pay-as-you-sell and move to credits once they know how many tickets a typical event sells.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy them whenever it suits your cash flow and use them whenever you publish an event.
